Constituent Resources 

The Task Force has compiled resources on the rights and protections for federal employees and veterans that have been impacted by the Trump Administration’s actions, including but not limited to the following:  

• Information on federal employee rights are provided by the Office of Special Counsel and the Office of Personnel and Management. Specific resources for federal employees with disabilities are also available.
• Federal employees have a right to appeal against prohibited or illegal practices by the Trump Administration. More information can be found here and here.
• Veterans are provided specific rights and protections under Federal law, including if you are a VA Patient or resident, a VA Patient’s family member, or a Tricare eligible member.
